What you'll do

  • Triage incoming support tickets and respond to customer questions about Kavelo-built applications.
  • Diagnose common issues, walk customers through fixes, and escalate technical bugs to developers.
  • Keep internal documentation and FAQ articles up to date as new issues come up.
  • Track ticket volume and flag recurring problems to the product team.

Requirements

  • Solid written English and a clear, patient communication style.
  • Basic technical aptitude - comfortable reading logs and following troubleshooting steps.
  • Reliable internet connection and your own computer.
  • Prior customer support or help-desk experience is a plus but not required.
